Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address or phone number, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Saniar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Saniar ships within Pakistan only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
